I'd recommend Vertu Renault York to a friend because of the prompt response, excellent customer service from Jack, never felt under pressure. The car is absolutely perfect for me. I did have concerns and was looking at another faster engine but Jack said test drice this one and he was right! Jack listened to what I was looking for and his advice was correct. Even when I picked the car up he was so patient and explained everything and even set the phone and app on the car, as I am a technophobe that was so helpful! I love my car and am so proud driving it. I will definitely get my next car from Vertu Renault.

The staff at Vertu Renault York were good because when we were not satisfied with the finish of the car Marcus immediately
recalled the car and returned to us properly valeted. He arranged a replacement car and dropped off our car at home.
